Specifications for 24 Gauge Steel
- Metal: 24 gauge, 1.25 oz. hot dipped galvanized, 2" thick pre-painted white acrylic enamel
for a permanent luster finish. If insulated with polystyrene, the door will have a 26 gauge pre-painted steel back panel
- Door Thickness: 2 inches. JOINTS: All ship lap joints are trued, tightened and smoothed
- Rails and Stiles: 2" end caps and center stiles. All doors over 16'-0" wide
automatically receive a 2 1/4" strut
- Glazing: Full view aluminum sections are available
if specified. Also available are 24" x 6" view windows with 1/8" DSB glass standard
- Counterbalances:
Mounted torsion springs and galvanized aircraft type cable
- Weatherstrip: Factory applied
